For a long time, Proctor's Place Theater has hosted many well-known artists who have thrilled the stage. From now on, the only spectators are the empty armchairs. After the place has been deserted, it's as if time has stopped. The building is in very bad condition, the ceiling has collapsed and the floor is overgrown with dust. But the theater continues to keep its charm.
