Non contractual picture of the frame

Seen on this vintage shot, it would be hard to believe that this is C-3PO, the famous protocol droid of the saga Star Wars. And yet, it is him that Stephen Hollingsworth shows us in this picture. It's just that here, the latter was laid bare. It does not wear its usual carcass, thus revealing all its internal components and mechanisms.
